I'm going with Troy here as our college football POD! Going to start off a little conservative on POD's for college and then we'll work into the 4-Dime POD's that we now feature in MLB. I'm loving Troy here tonight as they no longer are just another BCS team. I learned that last year when they played right with LSU, late in the year as LSU did play their best then as well. Troy has an abundance of impressive athletic talent on both sides of the ball. They will have to replace their entire secondary, but that should not be a problem for a team that is among the elite of the Sun Belt. This will be over come by the best returning LB tandem in the Sun Belt in Lee and Woods. They have some talent to rush the passer which could be a problem here for Bowling Green in Lang and Sheffield. Larry Blakeney is an under rated coach and now in his 19th year at Troy. They return two QB's this year in Levi Brown and then Jamie Hampton who missed most of last year with a knee injury, but when he is in the game the spread attack will take on a new look which will be hard to defend against. Truthfully I see it very hard for Bowling Green to stay within a TD of Troy as they return just 4 starters on Defense. They do not return anyone up front and there is no depth as they will give true freshmen a chance to shine. Not a good move considering Troy's ability to score points via the spread. Along with that Bowling Green has a new coach in Dave Clawson who is familiar with Bowling Green's QB Brown, but like I said this should not have a major impact on the game as Troy's strength is its interior offensive line which will go up against a young and inexperienced defensive line as well as Troy's dynamic trio on offense in Brown, Jernigan, and Harris should really be the answer to your question on who wins this game!
